Yes. If doing so, please call our customer service team, so we can prepare our inventory for the order.

Shop & Orders:

Do you offer a military discount?

Yes! First create an account with us. Once created, email us proof of service (.mil & .gov emails, a photo of your badge, ID card, DD214, etc.) at [email protected] Make sure that SSN and all sensitive or personal information has been redacted.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, an order can be cancelled until the time of shipment. Please let our customer service team know of your cancelation request as soon as possible.

Can I add to my order?

After an order has been placed, we cannot add to the order. However, If you need to amend your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. 

Is there a way to be notified if you offer discounts or new products?

Yes. Simply subscribe to our Outfitter Gear List Newsletter and we will notify you with any new products available.

Can I unsubscribe from Outfitter Gear List’s emails?

Yes. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time. Simply click “unsubscribe” at the bottom of the email and follow the instructions. If you still have trouble, please let our customer service team know and they will help you through this process.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
